My day so far…
- Woke up at eight
- Stretched, did push-ups and squats
- Drank coffee, ate maple brown sugar oatmeal with a banana
- Went to psychopharmacology
- Deposited rent/food money
- Exercised (strength/toning)
- Ate lunch: cottage cheese with tomatoes and a side of mixed berries (need to add carbs, I know)
Still on the agenda:
- Go to chem lecture
- Cardio with Melissa at the ARC
- Read the introduction to my chem book and narrow down what books I will need and how much they will cost
