What I Ate Today:
Breakfast: Maple brown sugar oatmeal with a banana
Lunch: Cottage cheese with cherry tomatoes; half a pita with roasted red pepper hummus
Snack: Blueberry bagel with cream cheese (maybe a tablespoon)
Snack: Raspberries in honey-vanilla greek yogurt
Post-workout snack: Blackberries
Dinner: Turkey sandwich on wheat with tomatoes and a side of cucumber and tomatoes
Drinks: water and coffee

I have a habit of eating snacks because of how often I walk to and from class, and how long it takes (it takes upward of ten minutes to walk to and from each one of my classes, not to mention between classes).
