Zumba instructors are far too happy for me.
Went to my first Zumba class today…it was an hour of pure hell. I think I’ll be trying the TurboKick class on campus instead, or keep to strength and cardio.
Anyway, here’s a breakdown of what I ate today…
Breakfast: Maple brown sugar oatmeal with a banana
Snack: Clementine and blueberry bagel
Lunch: Romaine salad with cucumber, tomato, raspberries, and light raspberry vinaigrette
Snack: One and a half graham crackers with nutella (half the serving size)
Dinner (or something like it…): cottage cheese with cherry tomatoes and raspberries
Drinks: coffee, water, orange juice
I don’t eat much, if any, meat, in case you haven’t noticed.
Exercise: Zumba and sex.
