Motivation.
Woke up this morning thinking of not exercising, but then remembered why I exercise in the first place…
- It relieves me of some of my stress
- I’m stronger
- I make healthier choices
- My sex life improves
- I won’t be the person complaining about my body and not doing anything about it
- I’m happier with myself
- I have more energy
So, I guess exercise isn’t too bad, even if it is the first thing you do in the morning.

How my morning has went so far: exercise, 5 minute shower, breakfast (1/4 cup greek yogurt, handful of blackberries, clementine…probably going to have half a whole wheat bagel with cream cheese so I can get through my classes), coffee, tumblr.
I might post my regular strength routine later, if anybody actually cares.
